UT Research Park
The UT Research Park and Three Roots Capital share a goal to foster regional innovation, facilitate collaboration, and to grow and keep innovative companies in our community. Three Roots is committed to presenting:
- A posture of partnering and collaboration
- Creative structures to complex real estate projects
- Innovative access to capital assistance to start-up companies
Innov865 Alliance
As a founding and active member of the INNOV865 Alliance, Three Roots demonstrates its long-term participation in the regional start-up ecosystem by championing efforts to continually improve access to capital.
Knoxville Area Urban League
The Knoxville Area Urban League (KAUL) and Three Roots Capital share a goal to encourage the creation and support the success of small businesses in our community. Both organizations focus their efforts in educational support around critical business operational issues such as:
- Managing cash flow
- Understanding accounting and financial statements
- Managing a business using financial statements
- Preparing to and accessing commercial capital
