Diana is passionate about supporting organizations through strong financial systems, accurate reporting, and dependable accounting practices. At Three Roots Capital, she oversees internal accounting functions and is key in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. Her approach is grounded in consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to long-term growth.

Diana earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from South College in 2010. She spent over seven years as a controller for several hotels and a wholesaler, where she led financial operations and implemented new reservation systems. She then worked in public accounting for nearly nine years, providing bookkeeping, tax services, and accounting oversight to a range of clients.

In 2022, she earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and continues to stay active in the field through ongoing professional development.

Diana began working with Three Roots Capital in 2020 in a contracted role and, as the organization expanded, so did her responsibilities. She transitioned to a full-time, in-house position in 2025 and continues to help strengthen the organization’s financial foundation.
Her reliability and institutional knowledge make her a trusted resource across the team.
