Anderson Olds

Anderson has nearly a decade of experience in program management and development, community outreach, and fiscal management. Previously, he spent several years in university and nonprofit settings, where he cultivated strong business and relationship-building skills.

Anderson coordinates compliance and reporting for Three Roots’ access-to-capital activities. In this role, he collects financial and impact data from clients, assists relationship managers with underwriting and due diligence, and provides reporting to stakeholders and funding partners.

Before his current role, Anderson was a logistics consultant for a third-party logistics company. He also served as the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley, where he managed 32 staff members and a $1.5 million operating budget.
